Three data classes govern everything: client-confidential material lives only inside that engagement’s isolated environment; working material stays within the engagement; only scrubbed, generic method ever enters the shared core. No cross-engagement access, ever. Client data is never used to train third-party models.

Nuwah operates as a processor on the client’s instruction. Sub-processors are minimised and recorded per engagement; where data crosses a border, the legal basis is stated in the agreement — and the direction of travel is in-Kingdom residency as the regional cloud regions mature.

For UAE financial institutions, the central bank’s AI guidance takes effect 02-11-2026. Nuwah delivers what it asks of third-party providers: model documentation for the bank’s AI inventory, annual bias-testing evidence, explainability artefacts, independent annual cyber review, named-subcontractor disclosure, and plain-language explanations in both Arabic and English.
